b) the purposes and methods of processing;

d) the identification data of the Data Controller, Data Processors and of the representative appointed pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2;
e) the subjects or categories of subjects to which the personal data may be communicated or disseminated or who may be informed of such personal data as representative appointed in the territory of the State, managers or agents.

The data subject has the right to obtain:
a) update, rectification or, where interested therein, completion of the data;
b) erasure, transformation into an anonymous form or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including those the keeping of which is not necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed;
c) a statement that the operations as per 2) and 3) above have been notified, also as regards their contents, to the subjects to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, except when the provision of such information proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right to be protected;

The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part, on legitimate grounds:
